Damaged Products Received

For all orders of non-customized products delivered in bulk, you have a period of 14 days to submit your return request.

 

You can return your order at your own expense if the products are not customized and if they are intact, unopened, and unused.

 

To do this, we recommend contacting our customer service department, who will guide you through the process.

 

Please note: returned products are your responsibility during transport. Therefore, we cannot refund you if your package is lost/damaged.

 

IMPORTANT: in accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.

If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match the product(s) ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as you receive your package.

We kindly ask you to send us a photo of your package's packaging and several photos of the item you received, clearly showing the problem.

Our customer service will be available to guide you and help you with the next steps.

In the event of a return request, we will refund your order within 14 days of your return request.

 

However, please note that this period will be extended if your package is not actually received at our warehouse.

 

Once your package is received and checked, we will proceed with an immediate refund for the returned item(s).

 

Please note, however, that we will refund your products if they are returned to us intact, unopened, and unused.

 

For products received damaged by you, the refund will be issued once your case has been reviewed.
