We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Please allow generally 24-48 hours for your order to be ready for shipment. Please note: as our factory is closed on public holidays and at certain times of the year (August / Christmas), preparation times may be extended.

 

The average delivery time for our carriers once your package has been picked up is between 2 and 5 days.

Due to the time required to produce your customized products, the lead time between order confirmation and handover to the carrier is generally between 6 and 8 weeks. These lead times may vary depending on component availability. In all cases, our team will keep you informed of your order's progress.

Delivery is free in Metropolitan France for all orders with a total amount equal to or greater than 50 euros. 

 

For all orders with a total amount of less than 50 euros, shipping costs are indicated at the time of placing the order in the shopping cart.
